Description
The ATMEGA88PA-AU is a high-performance, low-power 8-bit AVR RISC-based microcontroller from Microchip’s renowned picoPower AVR family. Engineered to balance processing speed and power efficiency, it achieves throughputs approaching 1 MIPS per MHz. Featuring 8KB of In-System Programmable (ISP) Flash memory with read-while-write capabilities, 1KB SRAM, and 512B EEPROM, this device is designed to handle demanding embedded control tasks.
The device is equipped with a rich set of peripherals, including 23 general-purpose I/O lines, a 6-channel 10-bit A/D converter, three flexible timer/counters, and multiple communication interfaces such as SPI, 2-wire serial (I²C), and a programmable USART.
