Description
The AT89S52-24AU is a high-performance 8-bit 8051 family microcontroller featuring 8KB In-System Programmable (ISP) Flash memory, 256 Bytes of RAM, and an industry-standard 8051 CPU architecture. Designed using advanced CMOS technology, it offers high-speed processing with low power consumption, making it an excellent choice for embedded control applications, industrial automation, consumer electronics, and educational projects.
Operating at clock frequencies up to 24MHz, the AT89S52-24AU integrates 32 programmable I/O pins, three 16-bit timers/counters, a full-duplex UART serial interface, SPI programming support, watchdog timer, dual data pointer, and an on-chip oscillator. Its In-System Programming (ISP) capability enables convenient firmware updates without removing the IC from the circuit.
