Description
This Brushless Motor Controller DC 12-36V 500W PWM Driver Board is used for 3-phase brushless sensorless motors. While optimized for a broad range of motors, certain models may require fine-tuning: if the driving effect is suboptimal (such as starting jitter, reversing issues, excessive no-load current, unstable speed, low efficiency, or failure to start under load), users can adjust the onboard resistance and capacitance values to achieve peak performance.

Pin & Port Configuration
- Control Port (2.54mm pitch):
- 5V: Driver board internal output voltage (strictly reserved for onboard potentiometers/switches; do not power external devices).
- Signal: Motor speed pulse signal output port (5V push-pull output, max current <5mA).
- Z/F: Rotating direction control. Connect to 5V / leave open for Forward; connect to 0V / GND for Reverse.
- VR: Speed control port. Accepts 0.1V–5V analog linear voltage (20K input resistance) or GND-connected PWM (1–20kHz, 0–100% duty cycle).
- GND: Internal control ground.
- Power Port (3.96mm pitch):
- MA, MB, MC: Motor phase A, B, and C connections.
- GND / VCC: DC Power Negative (-) and Positive (+) terminals.
Important Application Notes & Installation Guidelines
- Parameter Matching: Ensure motor voltage and power parameters never exceed the board’s specified limits.
- Thermal Management: This JYQD-V6.3E2 unit is a bare board. Motors under 60W require no heatsink (only good ventilation and insulation), whereas motors exceeding 100W must be paired with an appropriate external heatsink and proper MOSFET insulation.
- Polarity Warning: The board features no anti-reverse connection protection. Reversing the power polarity will permanently destroy the circuit board.
- Wiring Distance: Use shielded wires if the driver board is positioned more than 50 cm away from the motor to prevent abnormal operating behavior.
