Description
The 20A PWM DC Motor Speed Regulator Module (9V, 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V, 60V) is suitable for DC brushed motors or heavy DC loads within 20A. It comes equipped with a rugged metal shell and precise connective labels, making it exceptionally easy to install and safely deploy in demanding commercial and industrial environments.
The unit features a precision rotary potentiometer with an integrated speed adjustment switch and a secondary button switch function for seamless operational control. Operating at an optimized 25KHz PWM frequency, it ensures highly efficient, low-noise power delivery across a linear load spectrum.
Wiring & Connection Mode
- Red Wire: Power Positive (+)

Note: Always ensure main power is completely turned off before attempting to wire the controller.
Important Warnings & Operating Instructions
- Polarity Warning: DO NOT REVERSE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE POWER LOADS. Reversing power supply polarity will permanently damage the controller.
- Direction Control: To change the motor rotation direction, simply interchange the positive and negative wires of the motor (Blue and Green lines).
- Operation Steps: 1. Connect wires according to the color-coded wiring diagram. 2. Power on the system. 3. Adjust the rotary potentiometer to scale motor speed.
