Description
The XD74LS32 is a standard Quad 2-input OR gate integrated circuit from the 74LS series. It contains four independent gates, each performing the Boolean OR function: the output is HIGH if at least one of the two inputs is HIGH. It is specifically designed for compatibility with TTL (Transistor-Transistor Logic) voltage levels, making it a reliable building block for digital logic circuits, address decoding, and signal gating.
The device incorporates Schottky-clamped transistor technology, which significantly reduces the storage time of the internal transistors, allowing for high-speed switching performance with a typical propagation delay of approximately 9 to 11 nanoseconds.
