Description
The CMT2300AW is a high-performance, ultra-low-power RF transceiver designed for a wide array of sub-GHz wireless applications. Operating across a massive frequency range from 127 MHz to 1020 MHz, it is a key component in the CMOSTEK “NextGen RF” family. This transceiver is engineered to offer a high degree of integration, significantly reducing the external component count (BOM) needed for a complete wireless link.
With a robust link budget featuring up to +20 dBm transmit power and -121 dBm sensitivity, the CMT2300AW is capable of long-range communication even in challenging environments. It includes advanced features like a 64-byte FIFO, support for various codec methods (Manchester, Whitening, FEC), and flexible packet handling, which offloads complex protocol tasks from the host microcontroller.
