Description

The TB67S109 Stepper Motor Driver Board is a high-performance microstepping motor driver designed for precision motion control applications such as 3D printers, CNC machines, robotics systems, and industrial automation projects. The module is based on the Toshiba TB67S109 stepper motor driver IC and is engineered for stable, efficient, and reliable motor operation.

Manufactured using a four-layer thick copper PCB with gold-plated processing, the driver offers improved electrical conductivity, enhanced heat dissipation, and increased durability. The compact module supports standard DIR/STEP control interfaces, making it compatible with many popular motion control platforms and controller boards.

The driver supports multiple microstepping resolutions including full-step, half-step, 1/4-step, 1/8-step, 1/16-step, and 1/32-step modes for smooth and precise motor movement. With a maximum input voltage of 50V DC and output current up to 4A per phase under proper cooling conditions, the module is suitable for driving NEMA 17, NEMA 23, and compatible stepper motors.
