The Rtelligent T60S Closed Loop Stepper Driver is an upgraded generation stepper motor driver developed using Rtelligent’s extensive experience in motion control and stepper drive technology. Designed with a new control architecture and advanced algorithms, the T60S delivers smoother motor operation, reduced low-speed resonance, and enhanced anti-interference capability for demanding industrial and automation applications.
This closed loop stepper driver supports a wide input voltage range from 18V to 50V DC and provides adjustable output current up to 6000mA, making it suitable for high-performance closed loop stepper motors below 60mm frame size, including NEMA 17 and NEMA 23 motors.
The driver supports multiple pulse command modes including PUL+DIR and CW+CCW, selectable through DIP switch settings. Advanced step subdivision technology ensures smoother motion, improved positioning accuracy, and reduced vibration during operation.
The T60S also supports non-inductive rotation detection, phase alarm functions, and multiple protection mechanisms for reliable and stable motor control.
