Description

The ATMEGA168PA-PU is a high-performance, low-power 8-bit AVR RISC microcontroller from Microchip’s picoPower® ATmega family. It combines 16KB In-System Programmable (ISP) Flash memory, 1KB SRAM, and 512 Bytes EEPROM with a powerful AVR architecture capable of delivering up to 20 MIPS at 20MHz. The device is designed for embedded control applications requiring high processing efficiency and low power consumption.

The microcontroller integrates 23 programmable GPIO pins, three timer/counters, a 10-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC), USART, SPI, and I²C (Two-Wire Interface) communication peripherals, programmable watchdog timer, internal oscillator, and multiple interrupt sources. Its efficient single-cycle instruction execution and on-chip hardware multiplier make it an excellent choice for industrial automation, IoT, robotics, consumer electronics, and educational projects.
