Description
The MACH3 CNC 5 Axis Interface Board with Optocoupler is a professional breakout board designed for controlling CNC machines and stepper motor driver systems through MACH3, LinuxCNC (EMC2), KCAM4, and other compatible CNC control software. This interface board enables reliable communication between a PC and multiple stepper motor drivers for precise motion control applications.
The board supports up to 5-axis stepper motor control and is compatible with a wide range of external stepper motor drivers including TB6560, M542, M542H, MA860H, 2M542, 2M982, DM542(A), DM860(A), and similar pulse/direction type drivers.
Designed with optocoupler isolation technology, the board provides improved signal stability and protects the computer and controller system from electrical interference and voltage spikes. It also includes a relay output interface for spindle motor, air pump, or water pump control along with a 0-10V analog voltage output for spindle speed control via inverter systems.
The module supports both common cathode and common anode input configurations and features a wide operating voltage range from 12V to 24V DC. USB and external power supplies are electrically isolated for enhanced system safety and stability.
