Description

The HEF4013BT,653 is a high-voltage CMOS Dual D-type flip-flop, part of the 4000 series logic family. This IC consists of two identical, independent data-type flip-flops. Each flip-flop features independent data (D), clock (CP), set (S), and reset (R) inputs, along with Q and Q-NOT outputs.

Operating over a wide supply voltage range (up to 15V), this device is highly versatile for industrial and consumer electronic applications. The flip-flop changes state on the LOW-to-HIGH transition of the clock pulse.
