Description

The Cytron 10A MD10POT is a specialized, high-efficiency motor control solution engineered for applications where manual, tactile control of brushed DC motors is required. By eliminating the need for microcontrollers or complex firmware, this driver offers a streamlined, “plug-and-play” experience for rapid industrial prototyping, test-bench setups, and simple automated fixtures.

The MD10POT facilitates precise bi-directional velocity regulation and start/stop functionality using the included industrial-grade 10K potentiometer and 3-way rocker switch. For diagnostic purposes, the unit features integrated manual test buttons, allowing technicians to verify drive-train functionality independently of the primary control interface. While optimized for manual operation, the MD10POT remains versatile, providing standard PWM and DIR interface pads for seamless integration into larger PLC-based or microcontroller-managed automation systems when required.

Note: This driver does not include reverse-polarity protection. Verify all power supply connections for correct polarity before energizing the system to prevent immediate hardware damage.
