Description
The BTT TMC2130 V3.0 Stepper Motor Driver is a high-performance two-phase stepper motor driver module designed for precision motion control applications such as 3D printers, CNC machines, and robotics systems. Based on the advanced TMC2130 driver chip, the module supports both standard Step/Dir control and SPI communication for enhanced configurability and diagnostics.
The driver delivers ultra-quiet motor operation with highly accurate microstepping control and smooth motion performance. It features advanced technologies such as stealthChop™ for silent operation, spreadCycle™ for high dynamic motor control, and coolStep™ for intelligent current management and energy savings.
Built on the popular StepStick form factor, the module is compatible with a wide range of controller boards designed for A4988 and DRV8825 driver layouts. The onboard SPI interface enables advanced driver tuning, sensorless stall detection, and real-time diagnostics without requiring external sensors.
The TMC2130 driver supports up to 1/256 microstepping interpolation for extremely smooth and precise motor movement with minimal vibration and virtually no jitter. Integrated protection and diagnostic features help improve reliability and operational safety in demanding applications.
Designed by BigTreeTech (BTT), the V3.0 version offers stable performance and excellent compatibility with modern 3D printer control boards and CNC systems.
