74LS126 Quad 3-State Buffer | TTL Logic | DIP-14

Description

The 74LS126 is a Quadruple Bus Buffer Gate featuring independent 3-state outputs. This device contains four non-inverting buffers, each controlled by an active-HIGH enable (OE) input. When the enable input is HIGH, the buffer passes the input signal to the output; when LOW, the output enters a high-impedance (3-state) condition.

Designed for high-performance bus-oriented systems, the 74LS126 allows multiple devices to share the same bus line without signal contention. The device features short disable times, which are specifically engineered to be faster than the enable times, ensuring that bus conflicts are minimized when transitioning between different drivers on a common line.
