Description

The 74HC4094PW,118 is a high-speed, silicon-gate CMOS 8-stage serial shift register. It features a storage register that holds the data from the shift register on the positive edge of the STROBE input. This design allows you to shift in data serially without affecting the outputs until the STROBE signal is applied, effectively “latching” the desired output state. The outputs are 3-state, which allows for direct connection to a common data bus, and are controlled by an active-LOW Output Enable (OE-bar) input.
