Description
The SN74LS74ADR is a high-performance Dual D-Type Positive-Edge-Triggered Flip-Flop Logic IC. It features two independent flip-flops, each equipped with its own direct set (preset) and direct clear inputs. This device is a cornerstone in sequential logic design, enabling data storage, state management, and reliable clock-synchronized data transfer.
Built using Low-Power Schottky (LS) TTL technology, the SN74LS74ADR provides an excellent balance of speed and power efficiency. Data on the D input is transferred to the Q output on the positive-going edge of the clock pulse. The asynchronous set and clear inputs allow for immediate control over the output state, independent of the clock signal. This makes it ideal for complex digital systems, industrial controls, and advanced timing circuits.
