Description
The TMC2130 V1.1 Stepper Motor Driver Module is a high-performance and ultra-quiet stepper motor driver designed for precision motion control applications such as 3D printers, CNC machines, robotics, and automation systems. It delivers smooth and efficient motor operation while reducing noise, vibration, and power consumption.
This module supports SPI communication and features advanced motor control technologies for improved torque, silent performance, and precise microstepping operation. The V1.1 version comes with upward-facing SPI pins, allowing easier access and simplified wiring for advanced configurations.
The driver supports up to 1/256 microstepping resolution, enabling highly accurate motor positioning and smoother movement. It also provides sensorless motor load detection for intelligent monitoring and enhanced reliability during operation.
Designed for high-efficiency operation, the TMC2130 significantly reduces energy consumption while maintaining stable performance under varying loads. It is compatible with CNC shields, 3D printer controller boards, and custom embedded motion control systems.
Note: The motor direction is reversed compared to A4988 and DRV8825 drivers. Direction can be corrected either through software configuration or by reversing the motor wiring connection.
