Description
The SN74ABT125DR is a high-performance, BiCMOS Quadruple Bus Buffer Gate with 3-state outputs. Designed for high-speed bus-oriented applications, this device provides four independent buffers, each controlled by an active-LOW output enable (OE) input. When the OE input is LOW, the buffer transmits the input signal to the output; when OE is HIGH, the output enters a high-impedance (3-state) condition.
The “ABT” (Advanced BiCMOS Technology) series combines the high speed of bipolar technology with the low power consumption of CMOS. It is specifically engineered to handle high-capacitive loads and provide superior noise immunity, making it an excellent choice for driving high-speed data buses and preventing bus contention in multi-master systems. The SOIC-14 surface-mount package is optimized for high-density PCB layouts.
