Description
The CMT221xB/LB is a high-performance, ultra-low-power OOK (On-Off Keying) stand-alone RF receiver optimized for sub-GHz wireless applications. Operating in the 300 to 920 MHz range, it provides a highly cost-effective and efficient solution for short-range wireless communication. A defining characteristic of this device is its “stand-alone” functionality, allowing it to operate autonomously without an external microcontroller to manage its configuration.
The device features an integrated EEPROM, which can be configured using the CMOSTEK USB Programmer and RFPDK software to set custom frequencies, data rates, and other operational parameters. For standard use cases, it is available in pre-programmed versions for common frequencies like 433.92 MHz and 868 MHz. Its high sensitivity (-113 dBm) and low active current (3.8 mA) ensure reliable performance in battery-constrained environments.
