Description

The PS2801-4 is a high-density, 4-channel transistor output optocoupler designed for space-sensitive applications. It features four independent channels, each consisting of an infrared-emitting diode (LED) optically coupled to an NPN silicon phototransistor, all housed in a compact 16-pin small outline package (SOP-16).

Engineered by NEC/CEL, this device offers excellent reliability for signal isolation between circuits with varying potentials. Its multi-channel configuration significantly reduces board space requirements while providing robust galvanic isolation.
