Description

The MC74HC125ADR2G is a high-speed, silicon-gate Quad 3-State Noninverting Buffer. This device contains four independent buffers, each with its own active-LOW output enable (OE) input. When the enable input is LOW, the buffer allows data to pass from the input to the output in its original (non-inverted) form; when the enable input is HIGH, the output enters a high-impedance (3-state) condition.

Built with High-Speed CMOS (HC) technology, the MC74HC125 offers lower power consumption and higher noise immunity compared to standard TTL buffers, while maintaining comparable switching speeds.
