The Atomic H-Driver Base is a specialized H-bridge motor driver engineered specifically for integration with the M5Stack ATOM series controllers. Built around the high-performance DRV8876 motor driver chip, this module provides an all-in-one solution for precise speed control and bidirectional rotation of DC motors.
The base features an integrated DC/DC converter, allowing it to support a 9-24V/DC power input, which powers both the motors and the ATOM controller. It also includes a voltage divider circuit mapped to the ADC pin (G33) for real-time monitoring of the power supply status. With robust built-in protections—including thermal shutdown, overcurrent protection, and undervoltage lockout—it ensures reliable operation in demanding environments.
