Description

The Lichee Tang Nano 4K is a compact and highly integrated development board featuring the GW1NSR-LV4C System-in-Package (SiP) chip. This powerful chip combines an embedded ARM Cortex-M3 hard core processor with 4K LUT logic resources, 64Mbit PSRAM, and 32Mbit Nor Flash, making it an excellent platform for both FPGA logic design and embedded software development.

Designed for convenience, the board includes an onboard BL702 chip, which provides seamless JTAG debugging capabilities. This means you can connect the board directly to your computer for development without the need for an external debugger or extra clock input. With its small, exquisite design and full access to chip resources via exported IOs, the Lichee Tang Nano 4K is ideal for digital logic experimentation, DVP/HDMI projects, and custom hardware design.

Key Features

  • Integrated Processor: Based on GOWIN Semiconductor’s Bee series GW1NSR-LV4C with a built-in ARM Cortex-M3 hard core.
  • Plug-and-Play Debugging: Onboard BL702 chip provides JTAG USB download and debugging functionality.
  • Rich Peripherals: Integrated DVP interface and HDMI socket with supporting circuits.
  • Maximum Expandability: All chip IO resources are exported, allowing developers to fully utilize the device’s potential.
  • Compact & Versatile: Small footprint suitable for portable digital logic design and prototyping.
