SPIDER Automation Sipeed Lichee Tang Nano 4K GW1NSR-LV4C FPGA Board | ARM Cortex-M3 & 64Mbit PSRAM | Includes OV2640 Camera & HDMI Output
Description
SPIDER Automation Sipeed Lichee Tang Nano 4K is a sophisticated yet exquisitely small development board built around GOWIN Semiconductor’s Bee series GW1NSR-LV4C System-in-Package (SiP) processor. By merging a powerful ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller hard core with a flexible FPGA fabric containing 4,608 logic units (LUTs), the board offers a versatile hybrid architecture for simultaneous software execution and custom hardware logic design.
Engineered for out-of-the-box convenience, the Tang Nano 4K features an onboard BL702 chip that provides direct USB JTAG debugging and serial communication, removing the requirement for bulky external programmers. It comes heavily loaded with peripheral resources including 64Mbit of high-speed PSRAM, 32Mbit Nor Flash, an HDMI transmitter circuit, and a DVP camera interface. Bundled with an OV2640 camera module and pin headers, it provides an unbeatable, self-contained kit for machine vision, edge processing, and compact embedded projects.
