Description

The HEF40106BT,653 is a high-voltage CMOS Hex Inverting Schmitt Trigger. It contains six independent inverters, each featuring a Schmitt trigger input. Unlike standard inverters, the Schmitt trigger inputs provide different threshold levels for positive-going and negative-going transitions (hysteresis), which makes this device extremely effective at transforming slowly changing or “noisy” input signals into clean, sharp-edged digital outputs.
