Description

The HCPL-3700 is a sophisticated voltage/current threshold detection optocoupler designed to bridge the gap between high-voltage field signals and sensitive low-voltage logic circuits. It integrates an AlGaAs LED with a threshold-sensing input buffer IC, all optically coupled to a high-gain Darlington output.
