Description
The EL3021 is a high-performance triac driver optocoupler IC from Everlight Electronics, designed to safely control high-voltage AC loads from low-voltage logic circuits. It consists of an infrared-emitting diode optically coupled to a light-activated silicon bilateral switch (triac), providing reliable electrical isolation between the control and power sections.
With a 400V off-state blocking voltage and 5kV isolation, the EL3021 is perfect for random-phase switching applications where precision control is required. Its wide operating temperature range (-55°C to 100°C) ensures stable performance in harsh industrial and consumer environments.
