Description

The CD4013BE is a monolithic complementary MOS (CMOS) integrated circuit containing two identical, independent D-type flip-flops. Each flip-flop has independent data, set, reset, and clock inputs, along with “Q” and “$\overline{Q}$” complementary outputs.

This device is highly versatile for sequential logic applications. The logic level present at the “D” input is transferred to the “Q” output during the positive-going transition of the clock pulse. Because it is part of the CD4000-series CMOS family, it features excellent noise immunity, wide supply voltage flexibility (typically 3V to 18V), and very low power consumption, making it ideal for battery-powered or high-reliability electronic systems.
