Description
The PIC16F887-I/PT is a high-performance 8-bit PIC microcontroller from Microchip’s PIC16F8XX family, designed for embedded control, industrial automation, IoT, robotics, and electronic product development. Featuring 14KB Flash Program Memory, 368 Bytes of SRAM, 256 Bytes of EEPROM, and operating speeds up to 20MHz, this microcontroller provides an excellent balance of performance, flexibility, and low power consumption.
The device integrates 35 programmable I/O pins, a 10-bit 14-channel Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC), two analog comparators, EUSART, SPI, and I²C communication interfaces, making it suitable for a wide variety of digital and analog embedded applications.
