Featuring built-in WiFi powered by the BCM43143 chip and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) on board—similar to the technology used in the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B—the Pi Zero W lets you ditch irritating ethernet cables, bulky adapters, and wireless dongles.
Measuring just 65mm x 30.5mm, it boasts a micro SD card slot, mini HDMI port, two micro USB ports (one dedicated to power, one for USB data/OTG), a 1GHz single-core processor, and 512MB of RAM. Because it is nearly identical in physical form factor, layout, and mounting holes to the original Pi Zero v1.3, it remains fully compatible with almost all existing Pi Zero accessories.
