The ZB2L3 (also supplied as HW-586) Battery Capacity Tester is an efficient, benchtop diagnostic module designed to measure the true discharge capacity (in Ah / mAh), discharge current, and voltage of single-cell lithium-ion and 18650 battery packs. Utilizing external ceramic load resistors to safely discharge the battery at a constant current, this tester takes the guesswork out of grading and sorting harvested or stored cells.
Featuring a clear 4-digit 7-segment digital display, the unit cycles through live voltage, discharge current, and final capacity metrics in real-time. It supports automatic or manual termination voltage settings and operates via an independent micro-USB auxiliary power supply. Whether you are building custom power packs or testing old cells, this module provides reliable, repeatable capacity data.
Note: Product may ship as either the ZB2L3 or HW-586 variant based on stock availability (functional performance is identical). The onboard discharge load resistors become very hot during operation—handle with care and ensure adequate ventilation.
