Description

The ULN2803 is a high-performance Darlington transistor array designed to act as a powerful interface between low-logic-level signals and high-power inductive loads. It consists of eight independent NPN Darlington pairs, each featuring a common-emitter, open-collector output capable of sinking up to 500mA of current.

This IC is specifically engineered for reliability in control systems, featuring integrated flyback diodes on each channel to suppress inductive voltage spikes (kickback).
