Description

The SN74HCT273PWRG4 is a high-speed Octal D-Type Flip-Flop designed for synchronous data storage and transfer. It contains eight independent D-type flip-flops with a common clock input and a common asynchronous master reset (clear) input. Data at the D inputs that meets the setup and hold time requirements is transferred to the Q outputs on the positive-going edge of the clock signal, while the master clear input allows for immediate output reset regardless of the clock state.

Built using advanced silicon-gate CMOS technology, this HCT-series device is TTL-compatible, allowing it to interface directly with standard 5V TTL logic levels while maintaining the low power consumption of CMOS. Its octal configuration makes it ideal for buffering wide data buses or acting as a register in digital systems.
