Description

Upgrade your 3D printer’s thermal platform with the RepRap MK2B PCB Heat Bed. Designed for versatility and reliability, this dual-power heat bed is compatible with most 3D printers that accept the RAMPS MK2B standard. Its dual-power capability allows for seamless integration with both 12V and 24V power supplies, consistently outputting 144W regardless of the voltage configuration.

The MK2B features an intuitive three-point mounting system, which simplifies the bed leveling process compared to traditional four-point setups. Constructed with a 35μm copper layer and large, durable solder pads, this board is built for long-term thermal stability. For the best printing results and maximum surface rigidity, we highly recommend pairing this heat bed with a glass plate.

Key Features

  • Dual-Power Flexibility: Operates at 12V or 24V with stable 144W power output.
  • Three-Point Mounting: Centralized hole configuration allows for easier, more precise bed leveling.
  • High-Quality Construction: 2-layer, 35μm copper PCB design with copper-plated holes for excellent thermal distribution.
  • Uniform Heating: Double-sided design with a dedicated wiring-free side ensures smooth, even heating across the entire 200x200mm active area.
  • Easy Wiring: Non-polarized terminals allow for flexible wiring connections.

Connection Guide

  • 12V Setup: Connect one cable to terminal 1 and the other to terminals 2 and 3 simultaneously.
  • 24V Setup: Connect one cable to terminal 2 and the other to terminal 3 (leave terminal 1 disconnected).

Package Includes

  • 1 x RepRap MK2B PCB Heat Bed (214x214mm)
