Description

The MM74HCU04M is a high-speed Hex Inverter utilizing advanced silicon-gate CMOS technology. The “U” suffix denotes that this device contains “Unbuffered” inverters. Unlike standard buffered inverters, the unbuffered output stage provides a linear gain characteristic, which makes this device particularly well-suited for use in analog amplifier circuits, crystal oscillators, and high-speed pulse shaping applications.

This IC contains six independent inverters ($Y = \overline{A}$).
