Description
The LM393 series is a dual-channel, high-precision voltage comparator designed for a wide range of applications in consumer, automotive, and industrial electronics. Capable of operating from either a single power supply or split (dual) supplies, these devices are uniquely designed to allow the input common-mode voltage range to reach ground level even when operating from a single supply.
With an input offset voltage as low as 2.0 mV, the LM393 is an excellent choice for threshold detection, analog-to-digital interfacing, and precision signal monitoring. Its output stage is highly compatible with various logic families, including DTL, ECL, TTL, MOS, and CMOS, making it a highly flexible component for modern system designs.
