SPIDER Automation LattePanda Mu Intel N100 8GB 64GB eMMC | Compact x86 Compute Module | Embedded & Custom Computing Systems
Description
The LattePanda Mu is a compact x86 compute module designed for embedded computing, custom hardware development and space-constrained system integration. The module is powered by an Intel Processor N100 with 4 cores and a turbo frequency of up to 3.4GHz, combined with 8GB LPDDR5 4800MT/s memory and 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage.
With a compact 69.6 × 60mm form factor, LattePanda Mu can be integrated into customized computing platforms where available board space is limited. Its configurable 6W to 35W TDP provides flexibility in balancing computing performance, power consumption and heat generation. At lower power settings, the platform can support passive cooling approaches, while higher-performance configurations can be paired with active cooling.
The module exposes extensive expansion capabilities, including up to 9 PCIe 3.0 lanes, 2 SATA 3.0 ports, up to 4 USB 3.2 ports, 8 USB 2.0 ports, up to 64 GPIOs, I2C and UART. It also provides up to 3 HDMI/DisplayPort outputs with support for high-resolution displays. These interfaces make the module suitable for customized carrier-board designs and application-specific computing platforms.
Open-source KiCad carrier-board design files support custom hardware development, while compatible Lite and Full-Function carrier boards can be used for development and evaluation. LattePanda Mu supports Windows 10, Windows 11 and Ubuntu, making it suitable for a wide range of x86 software environments and embedded computing applications.
