Description

The IR2101 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Designed for half-bridge applications, it utilizes advanced HVIC and latch-immune CMOS technologies to provide robust performance in high-speed power switching circuits.

The floating high-side channel can drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in a high-side configuration operating up to 600V.
