Description
The HEF4070B is a high-performance Quad 2-Input EXCLUSIVE-OR (XOR) Gate from the 4000 series CMOS logic family. This device contains four independent XOR gates with outputs that are fully buffered for maximum noise immunity and consistent output impedance, regardless of the input pattern.
The IC operates over a wide recommended supply voltage range of 3V to 15V. It is specifically designed for high-reliability digital logic applications, including parity checking and digital comparisons. Unused inputs should be connected to VDD, VSS, or another input to ensure stable operation.
