Description

The eSUN Flexible Resin is a premium urethane acrylate photopolymer engineered for projects that demand a balance of high flexibility, elasticity, and durability. By incorporating polyurethane acrylate monomers, this resin significantly minimizes volume shrinkage during the curing process, ensuring that your final prints are not only precise but also feature a smooth, professional-grade finish.

Designed with excellent fluidity for faster printing, this resin is ideal for creating functional components such as protective phone cases, medical models, toys, and footwear prototypes. Its superior tear resistance and ability to withstand repeated folding without breakage make it a highly reliable material for complex, flexible applications.

Key Features

  • Exceptional Flexibility: High elasticity and high elongation at break allow for repeated folding and bending without failure.
  • Precision & Finish: Low-shrinkage formula ensures high dimensional accuracy and a smooth, scratch-resistant surface.
  • Optimized Workflow: Low viscosity and improved flow properties facilitate faster printing and easier post-processing.
  • Versatile Performance: Stronger and tougher than standard resins, suitable for both industrial prototyping and creative modeling.
  • User-Friendly: Features low odor and comes in a formulation designed for compatibility with most LCD 3D printers.

Usage & Safety Precautions

  • Storage: Store in a cool (15°C – 35°C), dark, and sealed container. Keep away from dust and moisture.
  • Handling: Wear gloves during use and ensure good ventilation. Avoid skin contact; if contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
  • Post-Processing: Clean finished models with high-concentration alcohol (>95%) for approximately 30 seconds to ensure optimal results.
