eASA features a sophisticated low-gloss matte finish that hides layer lines, giving your technical prints a professional, sleek look. It combines high strength and excellent interlayer adhesion with great mechanical and thermal properties, all while being easier to manage than traditional ABS.
Note: While ASA is easier to print than ABS, it still benefits significantly from a fully enclosed printer to maintain ambient heat and prevent warping. It is recommended to use specialized adhesives like Kapton Tape, ABS Juice, or strong hairspray on a clean glass bed for optimal layer adhesion.
