Description
The AD820ARZ is a precision, single-channel operational amplifier featuring a JFET input stage. Designed specifically for low-power, single-supply applications, it offers exceptional performance by allowing input signals to extend below the negative rail (ground). This “true single-supply” capability makes it highly effective for processing signals that would otherwise require complex dual-supply configurations.
The device excels in both AC and DC performance, featuring a wide 1.8 MHz gain-bandwidth product and a fast 3 V/µs slew rate. With its output swing reaching within 10mV of both power rails and a very low input bias current (2pA), the AD820 is an ideal choice for high-precision instrumentation, photodiode preamplifiers, and data acquisition systems where dynamic range and accuracy are critical.
