Description
The 74HC00 is a fundamental digital logic IC featuring four independent 2-input NAND gates. Each gate performs the NAND function—the output is LOW only if both inputs are HIGH; otherwise, the output is HIGH. This device is built using advanced silicon-gate CMOS technology, combining the high speed of LS-TTL logic with the low power consumption characteristic of CMOS.
The gates include buffered outputs, providing excellent drive capability (able to drive 10 LS-TTL loads) and high noise immunity.
