Description
The 74ABT244D,623 is an advanced BiCMOS Octal Buffer/Line Driver featuring 3-state outputs. This device is specifically designed to improve the performance and density of 3-state memory address drivers, clock drivers, and bus-oriented receivers and transmitters.
