The WOER Industrial Grade Heat Shrink Sleeve (HST) is designed to provide electrical insulation, mechanical protection and organised finishing for cables, wires, hoses and compatible electrical assemblies. Its large 160mm stated diameter makes it suitable for applications requiring a wider-format heat-shrink covering.
Featuring a stated 2:1 shrink ratio, the sleeve is designed to contract around an assembly when exposed to suitable heat. This creates a closer-fitting protective layer that helps cover cable joints, wire bundles and connection areas. Its flexible construction also supports applications involving strain relief, wire harnessing, component identification and insulation.
The sleeve has a specified operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, tensile strength of at least 10.4MPa and elongation ratio of at least 200%. Supplied in a 1-meter length with a black finish, the sleeve can be cut to the required size.
