SPIDER Automation Amass AS150U Female Power & Signal Connector | 75A MAX & 6-Pin Hybrid Interface | For UAV, VTOL & Battery Systems

Description

The Amass AS150U Female Power & Signal Connector, model AS150U-F.G.Y, is a high-current hybrid connector designed for professional electrical systems where reliable power transmission and auxiliary signal connectivity are required in the same connector interface. Instead of using separate connectors for power and signal wiring, the AS150U combines both functions into a compact 6-pin architecture.

The connector incorporates 2 high-current power contacts and 4 auxiliary signal contacts. The power section is rated for up to 75A MAX with 8AWG wiring, while the signal contacts support up to 1A. This configuration is particularly useful for UAV and VTOL platforms where battery power, motor/ESC systems, servos, monitoring and control circuitry need to be interconnected within a clean and organized electrical architecture.

For electrical performance, the AS150U provides a 500V DC maximum voltage rating and specified contact resistance of ≤0.8mΩ. The contact system uses conductive copper/brass construction with gold plating, while the insulated housing uses PA6 nylon. The connector is specified for -20°C to 120°C operation and provides IP40 protection.

The female connector is designed for wire/cable installation and solder termination. Its compact housing measures approximately 49.90 × 32.50 × 17.60 mm, making it suitable for high-current assemblies where available installation space and cable organization are important. The manufacturer specifies a mechanical plug life of approximately 100 mating cycles.
