Description

The SPIDER Automation Amass XT90 Female Battery Connector with Housing is a high-current power connector designed for battery systems and demanding DC electrical applications. The XT90H-F.G.Y combines a high-temperature nylon housing with integrated gold-plated brass spring contacts. During manufacturing, the contacts are incorporated into the molded housing to maintain proper alignment and provide consistent mechanical positioning during mating.

The connector is specified for 90A current and uses a substantial 4.5mm metal contact within a nylon-insulated housing. The housing geometry helps protect the connection against accidental shorting and reverse-polarity mating. The female connector uses a tight-fitting mating structure intended to provide a secure electrical connection for compatible XT90 systems.

The connector accommodates wire sizes up to 8AWG.
