SPIDER Automation | 99.96% Pure Nickel Strip for Battery Spot Welding | 0.1mm × 4mm × 100mm

The SPIDER Automation 99.96% Pure Nickel Strip is designed for electrical interconnection of individual battery cells during the fabrication of rechargeable battery packs. Manufactured from pure nickel plate, these strips provide conductive metal links between battery terminals and are suitable for resistance spot-welding applications.

The high-purity nickel composition offers low electrical resistivity and mechanical strength for battery interconnection work. Its narrow and thin profile makes it suitable for compact cell arrangements where controlled strip placement is important. The material can also be soldered using appropriate soldering materials and techniques.

Supplied in a pack of 50 individual strips, this product is suitable for battery-pack fabrication, prototyping, maintenance and repair applications involving compatible rechargeable battery cells.
